Our Hiring Process
We know the hiring process can be overwhelming, but we want to provide an inclusive and authentic experience at PSI. After all, the hiring process is the first step in meeting PSI. The best way we want to show that is by giving you the resources to understand how our hiring process works.
The tips you will find on this page are useful when applying to any of our roles at PSI.
Apply
Applying for a new job or career path can be a daunting task. That is why we want to make the process as easy as possible.
First, you will create a profile with your contact information, answer a few questions, and consider the option to upload a current resume. It is in your best interest to upload an updated resume and complete the application fully. We want to present all of your qualifications related to the position to the hiring team so they can make informed decisions. Our goal is to fill our positions quickly and efficiently, so once you hear from a recruiter, please respond promptly.
Find the Right Job
Tip #1 Take time to review the job posting details and cater your resume and application towards the position requirements.
Tip #2 We encourage you to do your research to learn more about PSI and check out our reviews.
Let’s Get to Know Each Other
Our recruiters take care when looking through your applications. We review each application carefully and do not rely on algorithms. Here we have offered tips directly from our recruiting team to help you show your best.
Tip #1 Show us that you’re excited to speak with us just as much as we are excited to speak with you!
Tip #2 Be prepared to share with us some of your expertise and applicable certifications.
Don’t Be Afraid to Ask Questions
The right opportunity should be a good fit on both sides, and we want to make sure you have all the information you need. Ask questions as they come up – if we don’t already have the answer, we’ll find it for you!
Be patient
The length of time to hear back from a recruiter varies depending on the role. That said, they will be your initial contact throughout the process, and you will have access to the recruiter via phone, text, and/or email.
Interview
A typical interview process includes one interview over Microsoft TEAMS, this typically is up to 30-45 minutes. The second interview is an in-person interview with a few of the team members. May vary depending on the position.
Tip #1 Prepare by doing research ahead of time about PSI and the specific position you are interviewing for.
Tip #2 Interviewing is a two-way street. We know that you are evaluating us just as much as we are evaluating you. The opportunity should work both ways.
Tip #3 Be prepared to share specific examples of your expertise and background related to the position.
Decision
We do our best to make the process as quick and seamless as possible, but please remember that this process has many people involved. Once a decision has been made, your recruiter will reach out to you.
