Introducing ServiceTrade® Customer Portal

We have all learned a tremendous amount this past year about working remotely, communicating effectively without being face-to-face and are more aware than ever that the world keeps turning…even in the face of a pandemic. Finding a way to get the job done even under the most extremely limiting circumstances has offered the opportunity to rethink everything. PSI has done just that. Deemed as essential workers, we have remained in the field keeping our customers’ fire life safety systems in optimal condition. Providing Inspection, Test and Maintenance services, keeping your facilities safe and secure. In the process, we have made a lot of improvements to our internal processes and communications platforms.

As a result of these efforts, we have exciting news to share with our customers. Since moving to an on-line platform known as ServiceTrade®, we have experienced significant improvement in the quality and efficiency with which we communicate information surrounding the services we provide. Until now, the benefits of this amazing technology were limited to inside the PSI organization. We are now ready to introduce the customer portal, and we are confident that you will share our enthusiasm once you experience it for yourself.

 

 

ServiceTrade® helps our entire organization to interact and provide the best service experience on the market. Duplicate inputs are a thing of the past. Call information is entered and promulgated throughout the organization to the appropriate dispatcher for technician assignment and scheduling ; to supervisors and managers to provide visibility for quality control and needed support ; and now to customers like you for complete transparency of the process. With a single sign-on you will have the ability to:

  • View scheduled Inspection, Test and Maintenance service calls across all properties
  • See call details including Location, Appointment Time and Job Description
  • Drill down to view Technician tasks, comments, parts/labor breakdown and call status
  • See pictures and documentation supporting deficiencies and/or repair needs
  • Interact to review quotes and provide on-line approvals or request changes

It is almost certain that a large part of your budget in the coming years will be dedicated to protecting people from exposure to COVID-19. It is a good bet that your maintenance staff will be stretched to the limit… even more than usual. Allow us to share the efficiencies we have gained by adopting ServiceTrade® into our organization.
