Performance Systems Integration Completes Merger with Summit Fire & Security
Performance Systems Integration (PSI), the Pacific Northwest’s leading regional provider of fire and life safety services, announced the official closing of its merger with Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), on August 21, 2025.
PSI is the largest life safety provider in the Pacific Northwest, serving customers across Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Idaho, and Hawaii. PSI delivers comprehensive fire and life safety solutions, including inspections, repairs, monitoring, and installation services for sprinkler, fire alarm, and suppression systems.
