Seattle Area

We are very pleased to announce the opening of our Seattle Area Branch Office in Bothell Washington.  Our plans, from day one in Portland, were to revive the “Local Company” that had vanished in the rampage of large company buyouts.  The founders of Performance Systems are long time residents and community contributors to the Great Northwest and are committed to providing Oregon and Washington the personal service they deserve from their Life Safety Systems Provider.

So many companies, large and small, target new Customer sales.  They work hard to “close the sale” and then move on to the next target.  Our philosophy is to maintain and expand relationships.  We approach our Customer’s as long term partners, attempting to balance short term budget constraints with long term building and business goals.  As a result, our Customer retention in the Portland area is nearly 100% over our 7 year history.

We are in a strong position to stave off the aggressive takeovers so common in the market today, ensuring our long term commitment to our customers and the local Fire Alarm and Security Systems market.

UL Listed Our Seattle Area Office is a UL Listed company. To determine compliance with UL standards and Nationally recognized codes a company goes through an evaluation process. Once Certified they are then capable of issuing certificates within their Listing Category. These certificates are generally only issued when an AHJ requests that they be issued.
